Romane Armand began his career with Walmart, where he spent seven years in various merchandising roles, including Sr. Financial Planner. He completed his undergraduate studies in Communication and Business Management at Brigham Young University. Romane is now an entrepreneur and documentary filmmaker. He is directing a documentary about the impact on Haiti of many of its educated citizens leaving. His film seeks to reveal the consequences of intellectual migration as well as the possibilities of tapping the resources of the country’s diaspora.
