The Center on Business and Poverty helped form Cadence Innova, a London-based business management consulting firm. The company was created through the merger of two firms, one had the word Cadence in its title, and the other had used the term Innova -- hence, Cadence Innova. The new, combined firm started with six employees and a number of associates who worked on projects for the firm.

Now Cadence Innova is an employee-owned firm with 35 employee-owners who are vesting and another 100 associates, many of whom, over time, will move to to the employee-owner category. Over half of the workforce is female as is three quarters of the leadership team. A significant number of Cadence members are working parents working flexible hours to help maintain a sustainable work-life balance.

Cadence Innova works across the private and public sectors, with clients in education, justice and security, transport and infrastructure, health, housing and communities, central government, financial services, and private sector suppliers to government.

Cadence Innova has been ranked amongst the UK’s leading management consultants for 2020 by Financial Times & Statista. They made the list of the top consultancies in Digital Transformation based on recommendations from clients and peers.
